RE:RE:RE:RE:kilowatt hours (kWh) of electricity per year?Thank you, Sven, for your view.

I look forward to hearing others views on Montalva Economics.

I have looked at the old presentation. Hopefully Jeff will upload a new one soon.

Montalva Economics
Revenue = 36 MUSD per year
Cash Flow = 13 MUSD per year (quite low figure – I assume is after tax)
35-year agreement

 Lifetime:
Revenue: 1’260 MUSD
Cashflow:  455MEUR MUSD = 618 MCAD

Good point Sven, but I things Sage Ragne will benefit from this or do you think Montalva will come first? Don't forget to take the ITC for renewables and the accumulated losses for GRB into account if you would like to further refine your model as they have a large impact, especially in the first years

Great to see that you're attempting to model the financial potential of Montalva, Frosch1!

Heard from a few other shareholders that they're now trying/ or have tried to do the very same, which is absolutely awesome

Would love to see more of that!

Value-oriented investors like me do like to talk about valuations, models, and assumptions rather than what's usually displayed here on Stockhouse...

I appreciate being challenged and I do my best to help others out.

Also thanks for mentioning the 280 million kWh projection you've seen in the annual report. That's indeed a more realistic figure which I have missed.

You're likely close IMHO with your 800 million kWh projection for the initial 25-year period of Montalva. My current number is 785 million kWh, using a 0.1% degradation per year in lost efficiency of the panels. On the other hand, 0.1% is also likely to be offset by just the effects of global warming alone...

The basic tax rate for corporations in Canada is 38%. While there are several tax abatements, reductions, and deductions, I can't really opinion about that. Would be an interesting question to ask Jeff though to hear his vision of how he wants to navigate his consolidated ship under IFRS.

Don't forget to take the ITC for renewables and the accumulated losses for GRB into account if you would like to further refine your model as they have a large impact, especially in the first years
