Considering the amount of time everyone has had to look at the Sage Ranch proposal, it shouldn't take more than a few minutes of discussion before an up/down vote could be held, but we are talking local government here.
A subdivision in our own small town has taken years, and is now being held up by one person in the loop, for reasons unknown. Approval date is anyone's guess. So for something the size of Sage Ranch, the issues are multiplied 10-fold.
Not long to wait.
