Unless you are responding to someone I have on ignore, I guess that question is aimed at me, although I don't know where you got that idea?

Of course they all have water issues, but both Arizona and California have been cutting back on the water they allocate for agriculture in order to supply the cites. All you have to do is drive around to see for yourself all of the abandoned fields. I don't see how that is going to change in the future.
