Alberta Solar Project is a portfolio of projects totaling 400MW in Alberta, Canada.

The is not about the City not being able to complete their paperwork.
The paperwork has to be provided first and then approval happens.
KHovanian has provided their documents, had them approved, built the homes, had zoning changes approved and are now going to build more homes.
No issues from the City there.
Must be something else.
