Nothing to say that his water rights purchase wasn't for that property.
One other source of additional water (besides the waste water treatment program) would obviously be to increase the amount of water being pumped up the mountain and stored.
1. Is this financially even feasible?
2. Who would pay for this project?
3. Can the actual basins hold much more water before over topping?
4. Would this be actually good environmental stewardship seeing as the company bases themselves on these principles of being just that.
