Not sure what the problem isDon't need a play by play on daily half truths or "who's that big offer OMG there's no bids down to blah blah blah . . . 
- point 1: There's a big development that takes time
- point 2: The principal has a proven successful track record 
- point 3: Principal has deep pocket friends/associates who likley have their own associates
- point 4: Promotion isn't happening so there's an opportunity to oroll the dice
- point 5: If you're trying to put blue chip principles onto a penny stock, you're arguably in the wrong game here - they are different worlds

Train will be leaving the station soon -- hopefullhy we leave with it and don't get taken to the financial train station;-)
