Ridiculous!! Better stay up this time
Hi Brian... (aka Shneps)

Since you are posting outrageously stupid things on Stockhouse under your fake name of "Shneps" where today you said the water rights are going to cost Greenbriar $20 million, I thought I would set the record straight in front of Claudia and several big shareholders.

Greenbriar and Paul Morris own 101 net AF. The 74 net we need from Ronnie could be sold to the City. In addition, the City does not sell us those 74 net AF if they buy from Ronnie. The city charges a one time fee of $4,000 per house in total for 20 years. The price is NOT $4,000 per house per year, but $4,000 total. In 21 years they can charge another fee. So their commitment of 175 net AF is paid by us as a one time fee of $4,000 per house. If they buy Ronnie's 78 net AF they convert that also into a one time fee.

So the cost for Greenbriar is not $20 million, but $1 million, which is the cost to buy Morris's 50.5 net AF. Greenbriar owns its 50.5 net, and the city charges a one time fee of $4,000 for the rest.

Stop being a spreader of false information and grow up.
