Agreed that is a red flag. Hopefully just traders that hoped to have a win by the end of the week. interested in how the meeting with FOMB went today.

I wouldn't put too fine of a point on it. Some guy had 30k shares on the bid at 2.25 for a few days and just ran out of patience.

Interesting how there was a hard stop at 2.00 and climbed back to 2.04 in the last minute. Based on all the new projects being approved... I'm guessing we will get good news soon (when the project is set to start). Maybe more delays but pressure to break dirt is starting to grow on all sides.
