Greenbriar Capital Corp. has arranged a non-brokered private placement of 500,000 units at a price of $1.50 per unit for gross proceeds of $750,000.Each unit consists of one common share and one share purchase warrant. Each share purchase warrant entitles the holder to acquire one additional common share in the capital of Greenbriar at a price of $1.75 per common share for a period of two years. The proceeds will be used for general working capital.

What does the placement mean ? Any affect on the stock price ?

Raise at $1.50 plus a warrant.  I think it will reposition the stock under the $1.50 mark for sure but not exactly sure how low.

My question to Jeff is why he was buying 10,000 shares several times over during the last few months when you could have gotten those shares cheaper and with a warrant through this raise?

Love this release. ... read it. ...50000 share options to a consultant ... do I have to spell it out!! ... Man this is the best indicator I have seen to buy hard. .. I'm just a shareholder and don't post often but see this moving soon ....

The money was raised when the price was below $1.50.   The money has been in for a while and will close in a few days or a week.   It takes time to collect fully executed subscription agreements. I wouldn't expect anyone to sell shares to get in on the PP.   The raise comes at a very curious time and price.   This stock has been under $1.50 for 1 day since May and that is the day GRB decides to do a raise?   Why not do the raise a month ago when the price per share was over $2 and share dilution would have been more than 125,000 less.    I

Still waiting for Jeff to address these questions.   He has been good about addressing anything and everything on this board, but he has left this one alone.  Wonder why??
