Maybe good news is coming and he doesn't have time to deal with all the knuckleheads on this board, myself included. I thought for sure he'd squash roadapples for his odd post on Grb insiders. And I took him up on his offer and personally emailed him to ask for the 86 page report that he submitted to PREPA so I could share it with everyone here. No reply yet but I'll assume my email went into his junk folder or he's been too busy trying to make us money. I'm sure he'll get back to me when he has the time. GLTA!

Thanks for taking Jeff up on his offer to share GRB's report with the board. I greatly look foward to seeing their argument for why Montalva should be selected (please be a good one). I was a little taken aback to read in the Sargent & Lundy report that even though the solar farm will be right next to the 115kV line, it will be the most expensive interconnection of any of the solar ...more

My email is westernwind@shaw.ca Regarding the S&L report and transmission and interconnection costs, it also states the majority of the costs is paid for by PREPA because the rebuild improves the transmission line which benefits others.
