Bullish take on more stock

Chedda and the Doc put bullish spins on the fact that GRB is short of cash and has no revenue.As  a true believer in GRB with 25,000 shares ,I find it hard to share their feelings

$2.00 w/ $2.50 warrants, must hold for 4 months.  I cant seem to find a logical way to spin this into something negative. If it were for less than current share price, maybe.

9Islucky.... Totally agree. Got in GRB after the spike in June and have been averaging down ever since. I truly believe in Greenbriar's potential, but I can not put a bullish spin on the latest NR.

At the very least you would think we'd be up a little bit today as the equity raise is above the current share price AND as the 26% solar ITC has been extended for a year. *shrug*

I give Jeff sh*t all the time and this is definitely bullish.   He didn't raise money in a long time and now the 3 reasons he would. 1. no money  2.  Need money for lawyers to finalize deals 3.  Giving some interested parties a cheap way into the stock.   and when I say I want free shares I understand warrants are given at $2.50 a share.  These warrants ...more

Agreed, I think we will break $2.00 once people realize why a private placement is above ask. Imo this capital raised represents energy to make 'something' happen. I also think this is also planned to add momentum while FOMB 'organizes' itself with the new appointments. Key point being... Each unit comprises one common share plus one whole common share purchase warrant ...more
