Good or bad? From this quote I'd say good... "Greenbriar expects several of the Captiva projects to substantially monetize in 2021 and therefore considers the investment in the Greenbriar-Captiva Verde JV as a significant accretive value proposition." PWR needed cash to fund their projects, GRB had the cash and an exchange for shares was made. I like the move. Very creative. Keeps ...more

Who:Agree with your points. However Grb is using it's cash and therefore may need another stock offering shortly. Also have no interest in owning a company that may produce narcotics, legal or not.Just want to own a solar company.

9lslucky... I think Jeff is planning on financing Montalva and Alberta so a stock offering shouldn't be necessary. Good to see a press release from him since he's been absent for a while here. At least we know he's still alive lol.

Who: Still need funds for conglomerate GRB to manage parts of the co.Also the intent was to spin off PWR wheni it's price was a $1 for a short period of time. This was the equivalent of $.41 per share of GRB.Since the addition of 8 million shares, will Jeff distribute the $.72 per share or reduce the spin off limit to $.57 of PWR?

Probably bad for stock price of grb and pwr in the Immediate future. People just see money being spent by GRB and shares of PWR being bought for $0.27.  Doesn't matter to me though. This slow trickle of news releases is exactly what I am hoping for and Jeff had already alluded to it. 2021 is the year of GRB BABY!!

Whoami2u basically said it all. I will add that I think that this investment will help PWR stock price grow more than GRB's. This would increase GRBs underlying value, but to increase the stock price, people still need to invest in GRB. I believe other mile stones will affect and grow GRBs stock price more than PWR at this time. Imo PWR is in a fast growing market, and with GRBs interest, I ...more
