The following information is available on Government websites and newspaper websites.

1) Yesterday APER sued PREPA in court demanding PREPA to reveal the underlying reasons why it chose Xzerta and Ciro One for the 150MW selection.  The news is available at:  elnuevodia.com

2) PREB issued a Summons to PREPA to answer our formal complaint as to why PREPA never told their consultant, the PREB or the FOMB of our correct pricing and correct transmission costs and net savings to ratepayers, all of which is information PREPA acknowledged by email months before but refused to disclose.  PREPA has 20 days from March 18 to answer.  This can be found at the PREB website.

3) GRB filed with the FOMB a notice of the same above and requested the FOMB to approve our project based on our $425 Million savings to ratepayers from our original 2012 $1.9 Billion contract.

4) We have made the initial RFP filing as a safety.

stockrocker, good question. I think the fundamentals of the company warrant it.I don't think the sp will dip low enough to lower my average.The whining and lamenting of the propagandized bagholders is tiresome.They probably had no stop loses set.they are on IGNORED for now. GLTA

Yes unfortunately I think there are a lot of people underwater here.  I don't really like the term bagholder though because that implies they are suckers, especially when you put the word propogandized in front of it.

I agree i dont think the SP is going to drop lower than 1.45 again. Hopefully this update from Jeff will bring some good news next week!

The term bagholder is real for GRB.  The bagholders are people who bought and still hold shares they bought in late May 2020 and late January 2021 during a period of promotion and bullboard pumping by unknown miscreants.  If you still hold shares bought during those periods then you are a bagholder and you are deeply underwater. Don't be worried. Your baggie days might end
