July 1st meeting minutes are out, attached to the Aug 5th meeting agenda. And yes, there is no action posted on the purchase of water rights from Strasser, but they often don't post on closed ...more

that Samren really isn't Ronnie Strasser. So there is a lot of bs being floated around on this board. One more reason to steer clear of this soap opera.
