It just means more debts , Jeff has no money to buy it . And now more interests and loan to pay without any net income in years  . Bankruptcy just matter of time .   And House market it's in the past , extremely risky move just made .  i would say  if there's a way to see grb financial statement , you probably gonna see the worst crapp ever since your met your first ...more

How is that possible over 12 years , grb never got any contract any project done? It sounds impossible to me .  Why grb can't find a job to do ? No income over 12 years , and this is legitimate?  Oh boy

Payment in shares does not result in new debt. This option is clearly mentioned in the PR. Probably not very realistic that such a deal would be done at 5cad per share (given where the current SP is) but if this would be the case, this would be a big signal to the market that the current SP is grossly undervalued. and even if the deal is financed with debt, sage ranch should be right around the ...more
