How does NPV change if Sage gets built instead of sold? If it gets built, there won't be a discount to NPV for buyer. Building it would maximize NPV to GRB, selling it would discount, although we'd have money in pocket sooner. Seems like a win/win to me either way. LMM9 refuses to acknowledge the market in SoCal and the loan program from USDA, so sky will always be falling.

Well , if the sage ranch not gonna be sold then all the blackout period and  moths of hyped about this selling sage ranch  . will become another miserable failed pump . Grb again will lose tons of credibility while already there's not much left .  And probably nobody gonna believe another word come out of them again .
