July city meeting
Jeff says that a July council meeting is definitely happening.
If that meeting does happen, and if the council does approve Sage Ranch, GRB's share price is going to go ballistic. Why? Because no one believes it is going to happen, and when they realise they were wrong, they are going to buy, buy, buy. And the sellers will disappear, so who knows how high the share price could jump.

I just put in a little box at .85 cents We shall see what happens. There is also montalva that could happen if we get that signed by the last person. Time will tell

I just upped it a penny or two on the Canadian side. I did manage to get 1000 shares on the US side this morning so far. As I said time will tell. We are not even July yet so I have time to buy a few more shares of need be. Might not be approved until August, so no real rush yet. What's your price prediction of sage gets approval?

GRB should hit $1.50 on Sage approval. If they actually start to build houses, and don't simply sell the project to a developer, the share price should edge up as time goes on. I won't be selling until we get to the $2 level, and if the solar farm gets approved before we hit that level, I may not sell for a long time.
