Greenbriar's share price is over 20% below last year's value, hard to excited at 94 cents! This press release objective was an attempt to increase volume, which would push up share price. While the share price was pushed up, on 34k volume, this was insignificant to make a difference. Offering a dividend on a company with no income, nor prospect of income for at least a year or more, is not

Team Eddie, I believe the issue lays in Jeff sending that last minute letter to the City stating that he personally had an agreement for the purchase of the needed water rights from H Star Investments. Paul Morris and Ronnie Strasser have indeed both purchased water rights but the letter states the agreement is with Jeff only. I have mentioned previously that Paul Morris is the current deed holder

I believe they were just letting the people who own the stock now what is in the cards for the future! Get it? The future! This is much likely one of the many things going on in the background! It has already been stated that there would be a possibility of dividend distribution for both projects. This was merely a NR repeat.

Sorry, I didn't see anything else there. I will wait to see them recorded in the financial documents and MD&A. Besides that I was too busy losing my sh_t at Sven's comments related to the company. This one is priceless - "Most companies try to dazzle investors with rosy management forecasts, and then underperform over time"

Thanks for the clarity but IMO water will be an issue  Hard to believe what is said when he says he sold Western Wind he misses the part where Brookfield took it he had no desire to sell at that price IMO
