I will admit, this isn't helpful

" On March 7, the judge unilaterally moved the hearing date to March 29. Since then, attorneys for the involved parties — including the developer Greenbriar — asked for a continuance from that date to 2:30 p.m. Friday, May 3, reportedly the first date that was open for all concerned. "

Why would GRB's lawyers need more time to prepare? And will this affect the promised April sod-turning at Sage Ranch?

But, as I said before, anyone who has been here for a lot longer than schnaps, knows that seldom do things go as planned in Jeff land (Western Wind). Patience should still be rewarded, just need to exercise a bit more possibly.

It's a matter of all parties being available for the court date openings. Lawyers and judges have other cases on the go besides this case.

If the judge in this case didn't consult with the lawyers before moving the case in the first place, it makes one wonder just what kind of judge this is?

They moved the case 1 week to Good Friday... everyone will be available that day. ~~Lunderk

Haha, good catch. The judge ain't too bright, apparently. Or did he do it on purpose?

Sage Ranch is moving ahead full speed.- (March 8th 2023 NR)   The Greenbriar professional engineering team will be filing all of the completed engineering construction plans for all of the improvements for Phase I construction within the next 10 days for the purpose of obtaining the construction permits. - (Dec 4th 2023 NR) - If this was the case the permits should have already been issued.  ...more
