[url=There was no news last week from Sacramento County Superior Court Judge Stephen Acquisto on a dispute over the city’s approval of the proposed Sage Ranch subdivision. As of mid-afternoon Monday, the court website had not published a decision. At a May 15 meeting of the Tehachapi-Cummings County Water District Board of Directors, General Manager Tom Neisler said the judge has 90 days from the hearing date to make a decision.][/url]

“TCCWD was the lead agency in developing this important document,” the city said. “Good leaders take the initiative by bringing people together, solving problems and seeking the best interests of all involved. After four years of TCCWD ‘leadership,’ it comes as no surprise to the city that the consultant performing this work has determined that abandoning the contract is their best course of action. This is a resounding statement that a paid consultant has decided to leave the project due to the difficulty of dealing with TCCWD and their lack of vision and leadership.”

Until something official is released as to wny AECOM backed out of their contract various parties are going to utilize this as "mud balls" for slinging at counterparties. One context to keep in mind is the AECOM was apparently given a $100,000 in 2020 to complete the study by July 2021. It's coming up to three years later.  If the various parties cannot come to a concensus on ...more

I get say that shneps is pretty impressive that the company had to issue news releases many times to clarify his public statment against the company.   Not sure why shneps would do this for years if there is no any financial motivation behind this .

It is pretty amusing that the last bunch of news releases have been a direct responses to much of the BS raised in the relentless barrage of messages on stockhouse.   Jeff gave up posting direct, but it's clear he's still reading....
