Makes total sense why the City leased 506AF of water when they had a surplus of 770AF. I guess they are just purchasing water for no reason? Not for recharge of their ground water banking was it? Seeing as H-Star Investments leased out all of their water rights in 2023. I have to wonder what happens now that the water has been purchased by Greenbriar?
