for every worldcom or enron, there's a noble china or sino-forest; it just seems like there is a trend emerging with chinese companies; for good reason you'll find lots of cheap companies south of the border too
the fact that currency is restricted is reason alone to stay away from chinese companies; even if there is no fraud, it will be impossible for an investor to receive the full benefit of returned profits
