I think we may need to wait it out and see what unfolds. If there were any big investment firms or banks involved, those institutions will most likely launch a class action lawsuit on behalf of their clients who they bought GRE shares for. But they have to have a solid case where they can prove that GRE Directors should have known and were negligent in not disclosing certain information to the public and their shareholders. If this happens, then we would be able to join the class action suit.

Other than that, I can check with some lawyers i know, but it takes a fairly large group of investors to launch a suit I think and of course it costs money.
