sharing some thoughts.....

This is the msg I sent to Greenstar today, doubt I'll get a reply, but good to chat about it... and sharing some thoughts that I have.
  1. what has happened to Lianyun Guan, the CEO of the company? Mr Guan, being the person who holds majority of the share in the company, and being a person from Mainland China, should have some authority and access to certain resources that should aid in this audit process. What the heck happened here?
  2. what specifically can not be confirmed in this audit that is delaying the audit?
  3. is the company still operating? is it still producing tomatos or has the operation ceased?
  4. when the audit team went to China, did they actually see the facility in operation? or is it just some address with no factory exists?
Here're another two questions that I'm pondering, but haven't sent to Greenstar:
  1. We can see that the Bayannur City Beichen Tomato Products Co., Ltd acquisition completed in April 2014. Was that the move to move money out of GRE before sh***t hits the fan???
  2. Which Canadian Distributor is GRE chatting with before this sh***t happen??? I have to wonder now.

I highly doubt that any answer your given will be satisfying. In fact I can probably guess your answers if they were to respond which is unlikely. 1) Guan still operates the company is doing his best 2) We are awaiting some documentation 3)Yes we are operating 4) This is a question as an investor you should already know before purchasing the stock. Questions like why does their Canadian  ...more
