THIS CEO DOESN'T HAVE A CLUE WHAT OR WHAT ISN'T GOING ON

as the stock sits at a P{ENNY an he doesn't respond to emails or phone calls. Was so positive several months ago an now it's problems with Mexico. It's always someone elses fault but never the CEO running the company.
