Additionally there would have to be a mechanism of oversight by GRO to confirm that vegetative yields reported by involved growers could be verified. I have to think that with GRO's management and legal expertise they will have already addressed the issues of how royalties can be fairly and accurately reported and still maintain a growers need for confidentiality. The increased yield may also produce the occasional oversupply of say perishable greens like vegetables and how that could be handled ie you can't freeze lettuce. I would have to think that any contract would be quite extensive and as you indicated could cause initial delays in signing on with GRO, not because of the technology, but because of the oversight. Ultimately I am a GRO believer for all the benefits it has to offer to so many growers.
