When I asked sam about the patents he wrote :
"We have a global PCT patent pending for CO2 Foliar Spray.150 countries.
We have licensed two patents perpetually for dissolving CO2 for all plant growth using microporous hollow fibre. .
USPTO is first as we are fast tracking. Sime time in 2019. We filed July 2017. "
The global pct he didnt say when it would be expected but I think If we get the US one first it will be very significant for the company especially if Marijuana becomes legalized in the US. If we were to get that first we would have a head start.
