Management not paying themselves was a huge reason I invested March of 2018. I held while it peaked at 70 and still haven't sold any. I continued to add on the way back down from the highs, and just recently doubled my position at 0.12. Really happy I did. Otherwise I would still be in the red lol. Its very reassuring that during a pandemic they've now made 4 sales and have needed to hire a sales manager. Its really promising.
