RE:RE:RE:RE:New Press Release - CO2 GRO INC. ANNOUNCES CLOSING OF SECOND TRANCHE OF PRIVATE PLACEMENT OF UNSECURED CONVERTIBLE DEBENTURE UNITS

RE:RE:RE:RE:New Press Release - CO2 GRO INC. ANNOUNCES CLOSING OF SECOND TRANCHE OF PRIVATE PLACEMENT OF UNSECURED CONVERTIBLE DEBENTURE UNITSWould be very pleased if that was the case and they can actually close out remaining amount in one final tranche within next month.

That $2,314,000 would/should mean they could cover initial install of the Columbia Rose Tap -> contract; and initial build outs for the 100 M sq ft European grower.. at least gets ball rolling and then able to utilize those funds to be able to bankroll future expansions.

If we can secure that 100 M sq ft, would assume they would roll it out like HIDROEXPO, and they themselves would (hopefully) roll this out in batches of their total facilities, not all at once.

Heres hoping (and praying at this point)
