What difference would it make who is in power in the US. Madero has done a work around and Gold Reserve is no longer part of the equation. Leave your shares to your kids, as they might see some return from the award, but realistically speaking, this ain't going to be a mine. At least under Gold Reserve. Conned out of the award.
