RE:RE:Its is time, way past time !It's great that the big companies that had their assets stolen by Chavez may actually be getting decent compensation for being robbed.

What's still very sad, though, is all the thousands of little companies and personal businesses that also had their assets stolen by Chavez but had no recourse.

You had be based outside Venezuela plus have the huge resources needed to finance an ICSID arbitration.

Maybe 0.1% of the businesses that were looted?
