Looks like a 4-5 year contract is on order to outfit the Hanover School Divisions busses. Over 100 bus routes and travel more that 2.5 million kilometers per year.
Has to be a bigger deal coming to sell 10,000,000 shares in 3 days, likely sell an additional 10,000,000 shares in 3 days and raise $4 million cash for a deal that adds only $60 to $100k in revenues per year for next 5 years
Now that share price is over $0.25 again and volume picking up, there should be exercising of additional July 2017 warrants again for more cash...
Q2 financials to be released by end of April here. I'll be looking for revenues and how many of these July expiry warrants are unexercised as at Feb 28, 2017
All the happenings of the last few days of dilution, combined with additional warrants will not have to be released to end of July with Q3 report... sucks to be in dark with all of the last weeks happenings
I have a fair position already and not sure whether to add to it...
