I seem to recall GSI submitted the best bid for the LA bus lane contract. Hayden was given the opportunity to under cut it and thats what they ended up doing. In all likelyhood SFO has already made up

The last we heard Hayden AI was undercutting bids to get the contracts though it would be money losers for them. They have backers with deep pockets but how long will they keep this strategy up

my first guess this morning was GreenPower since they have a manufacturing facility in California. Their school buses are made elsewhere but they make other types of electric vehicles for that market.
