RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Unbelievable how Dyment could have screwed up the financing It's always been a bit strange thing this pp. Never seen such a premium PP. Gee, no one hardly ever puts a premium on stock options so why would anyone buy 5MM shares at $1 in a pp when well below that and when they could have been accumulating that amount of shares in past 3 to 6 mos for less.(and the volumes were there to do this before the pp announcement was made)..and hang the warrants, the arument that these investors wanted them as a prelude to higher share price never had any logic!!
The ONLY thing that gave this any credibility at all was its timing relative to the first instal and mention of ITSS. Maybe these investors 'knew' there would be a great influx of orders for this thing. Anyway, now we have GIS splitting the $4.6MM between 2 qtrs (about $3.3MM and $1.3MM, so the tw0 qtrs' revs will be disappointing); we have no knew BIG contract with SEPTA or anyone else: and we have no idea on what has and will happen with ITSS.
Even if the $1 pp gets done, what exactly is the outlook for new, relevant business revenues for GIS> Just glad I was selling in 90's.
