RE:GSI has put me to sleep

RE:GSI has put me to sleep

@mikeonmicrocap. I agree, in the last few months we have been surviving, but the stock price has been the least bit exciting. I call this a lunch bag let down, when your expecting a steak sandwich and up with a white bread and mayonnaise sandwich instead.

Illiquidity is holding back a lot of the big guys from investing. - Robert McWhirter mentioned illiquidity being as issue in one of his earliest comments on BNN when questioned on GSI.  In June 2020 on BNN Robert mentioned that he really likes Gatekeeper systems and has followed the company for over 2 years, but did not own it at that time.

It's time to upgrade to higher exchanges such as the TSX and NYSE or NASDAQ in order to improve liquidity.    In order for an upgraded listing we may need a few more contracts to increase the bottom line.  I highly believe illiquidity is the main cause for the stock price trading consistently at the lowest market multiple and off the bottom line numbers.  This company is trading lower than less impressive comparable companies.

Gatekeeper checks all the following boxes that list main aspects of a company that make it desirable to investors:

*Liquidity
-trading volume relatively low which affects the multipler in a negative way.
*Age and size of the company
-the company is a fair size and has been around for years meaning it has proven its systems works. The company survived many years of tough sledding and over consecutive quarters has proven to be profitable.
*Multiple products and revenue streams
  - multiple hardware products
  - cloud based software applications
  - data management
  - ticket revenue
* Scale-ability
   - this company has insane growth potential when considering the multiple hardware products and endless cloud based software applications and data management that can be added.
* Reliablity of current management and owners
    - company is lead by Rockstar management with a list that keeps growing stronger.  Doug Dyment knows how to establish an outstanding team as he ends up with first round draft picks every time.
  - management has impressive resumes including  taking a company "Silent Witness" from an IPO of $0.15 to a buyout price of $11.24 by "Honeywell"
*Historical and future expected performance
*Replaceability of current owners "Debaitable"
     - this one is hard to answer because stellar CEO's like Doug Dyment are very rare, however, Doug has hired an outstanding team that will take a lot of weight off his shoulders, but it's unknown to how much weight he is still carrrying on his own.

Gatekeeper Systems is an amazing opportunity with tons of upside, however, to see this company get the attention it deserves we need another large contract outside of Philidelphia and an upgraded listing.  Once we solve the liquidity issue one would expect institutions to start pouring money in and correcting our multiple to a much higher, respectable and comparable level.

In the meantime we can all enjoy picking up cheap shares, cheers!
