(‘Gatekeeper’ or the ‘Company’) (TSXV:GSI) (OTC:GKPRF) (FSE:1GK) a video and data solutions provider for public transportation and smart cities, is pleased to announce that the Company has been contracted by the Colonial School District in Delaware to equip its fleet of approximately 80 school buses with wirelessly-enabled intelligent mobile data collectors, interior high-definition video, and optional stop arm cameras. The contract award further permits other school districts in Delaware to equip their fleets under the same contract terms.
The U.S. Department of Education recently approved Delaware’s American Rescue Plan Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief (ARP ESSER) plan for more than $410 million to safely reopen and sustain the safe operation of schools and equitably expand opportunity for students who need it most, particularly those most impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic.
