The only partnership that would increase shareholder value and make sense would be a large transit deal with the transit operator injecting money in GSI through a private placement to finance the growth. Forget the open market purchase stuff -nobody gets stuff for nothing.
I'm not saying deals of some sort are not in the pipeline. On the contrary, as I've said before.
I simply don't buy into unsubstantiated and now apparently self-fulfilling rumours peddled by a particularly long shareholder.
