RE:Predictions for GSI Share Price at end of 2022Steady77 wrote: Where do you believe the share price will be at the end of 2022? If someone had asked me that a year ago, I would have been way wrong for the share price prediction at the end of 2021. 2021 has been a disspointing year for the share price, no doubt.
The business fundamentals are another story. 2022 looks to be much better.
Any predictions?
If we land an ALE contract, $2+. An ALE contract should be worth $10M-$20M /yr. According to Aaron Warwick (Seeking Alpha), his source claimed the Proof of Concept with Septa and proposal was worth $20Million per year to manage their lane infractions.
On vehicles that Septa already has cameras, they only need the AI software to enable this option. If they actually landed a $20M/yr ALE contract, we'd blow away $2, and Septa is not the only city that they piloted this technology with. As stated in the MD&A, they are currently conducting live trials.
Just a matter of time. It's up to the Transit Authorities to pull the trigger. With more guranteed government funding, hopefully that is all they need to commit to ALE. It's the future. It's coming. Nobody knows when for sure, but it will come and that's what Doug is talking about when he says, "you're going to wish you owned this stock".
