I have a very simple explanation for that "weird" trading at 40 cts.

Someone with a large position is liquidating, and someone who really likes GSI at this price is buying. No shenanigans, really.

You will note that all the trading at Desjardins were buys. In fact, I'd put my hand in the fire that it was a single account responsible for all this buying.
