Good find, this leads me to beleive that only 1/2 of the fleet had GSI's system installed. From p.g 8 of

"Video Analytics Software Being Installed On Tennessee School Buses Late February 2020, Gatekeeper announced that it had completed the installation of a school bus interior video analytics platform on approximately one-half of the fleet of school buses in the Cheatham County School District (CCSD) in Ashland City, Tennessee. The remaining buses are expected to be completed imminently."

So if it's just to complete the installation that say was interrupted by COVID as it did not occur imminently, on about 200 buses, it's just under $6K CDN / bus.
