RE:Timing of today’s NRThere's always the risk of doing what one might be considered a timed "soft" NR. Given the big picture we know that GSI is quoted on SEPTA's Alstom and CRRC rail contracts and this NR must pertain to either Alstom or CRRC. No question on the significance, but yeah, some may not like the timing.
On another note, it seems SCOTIA has been very active with 4 binges of selling (perhaps 170K on TSXV) today which has caused the retreat in the share price.
