As I posted before, the placees on the financing, will never have to exercise their warrants. Within the 24 month time frame, shares will be north of $1.35 , and Dyment will call in the warrants . That's the big plus in taking part ,the close warrants and ''thus'', the interest in it .------That's why investors paid above market to get in the financing . All is good .
