In 2020 we had 4 board members. Subsequent to that, Galbraith was replaced by Sutherland, then Sutherland left. 2020 BOD consisted of: Doug Dyment DIRECTOR & CHAIRMAN • Founded Gatekeeper

Yes, you're right, was confused on the names. Charile is currently on the board, I just don't recall the announcement that he came back.

If I am not mistaken CIAO, I think you may be a little ''behind the curve"" ..  Charlie Bruce left the board for Natinal Express , and returned  BACK to the board

From the Information Circular for the upcoming AGM, Charlie Bruce is up for nomination as a board director. He did retire about a year ago from National Express. Whether his return to the board
