I tried unsuccessfully to add some of the ITSS units at my place of employment.  As it turned out, they had already ordered equipment from the US which we received delivery of this past week. I was really dissappointed that we purchased far inferior technology at a very premium price, and we didn't ask for a Demo.  It's a joke really and the price tag for one unit was aprox $3k USD.  Basically it's an adroid tablet, with an infared camera on top.  Out of the box, they were plagued with issues and innacuracies.  Standing outside in the cold for 1 minute drops your skin temp easily by .5c which makes all of these devices that measure skin temperature unreliable. 

I believe ITSS has superior technology, measuring your tear drops in the corner of your eyes which is supposed to be far more accurate.  It uses AI facial recognition to located that area to take your temperature.  I am hopefull that possibly we will get a few more from Gatekeeper as we're a very large company with dozens of locations across N. America. 

Bottom line is, every company needs at least one of these ITSS devices.  The market is enourmous.  Health monitoring is the new norm and all companies need to take all reasonable precautions to keep employees safe.  It's a liability issue irregardless of what some may say about the technology.  It's policy of many that companies are now following.

Are you nuts, when the vaccines are out in full force it'll be no different than the comon flu. The devices will be useless. [/quote] You need crazy Bhenchod. Once the vaccine is deployed it will take months if not years to get 90% of the population inoculated so that herd immunity will allow is to return to normalcy. In the meantime, monitoring and prevention methods will be the status quo. I

I disagree and the proof is what's happening in the world today.  Companies are buying this equipment and that isn't going to change for the foreseeable future.  Sure, maybe in a year from now, this won't be a top priority any longer.  Time to capitalize on it today.  With all the lockdowns, this is one tool that will be used to get people back to work and school

Profit margins with School bus companies are too small you say???  Nobody was talking about school bus companies, but since you brought it up. School bus companies are not paying for these devices, the school districts are.  The same districts that are receiving millions in government funding to pay for Covid expenses.  Lawyers and lawsuits cost a lot more than these devices.

Look to the USA, less then 41% of the population is willing to be vaccinated against C19. Do you get a flu shot yourself?
