The financers ,are from the middle east, or ,outside North America, there would be (substantial justification) ,for the financing to need extra time, possibly a lot of extra time . ---I speculated a week ago ,financing originating from the Middle East '' , and yes: that would present considerable hurdles, from dollar conversion, to defense questions, seeing that the company has military related contracts.

And if this were the case as you state, then there should have been an announcement definite time of closing unknown due to covid and foreign transactions...not all these frickin teaser dates 5x over....ridiculous

My guess is that the financing is being arranged by Joe and Hunter Biden and they are waiting for funds from the Ukraine and China to clear through international banking channels.
