Financing Closing Tomorrow?

Who here genuinely thinks the PP will be finalized tomorrow? This isn't a criticism either way, I'm naturally curious.

I don't think it closes tomorrow.  If I was forced to guess I would say we are a couple of weeks away.  What's most important for me is that it does close and closes BEFORE financials.

You already know what my prediction is...... and for fun, I'll throw out my own conpiracy theory to counter all the crackpot ones we've heard the last couple days.  Perhaps the "group" has a non disclosure agreement based on a "deal" that GSI has in the works and that deal hasn't been resolved yet, so they are holding out until that deal is confirmed.

I'm thinking the same as you TopStock. This PP looks like it is tied to a deal that didn't close as expected. If this iturns out to be the case, that condition was material knowledge and should have been disclosed.

I'm with you Ottawa.  Would love to see it close tomorrow but I believe we are a few weeks away from that happening.

    Am I missing something or does the NR state up to Dec 1, does that mean all od Dec1 or mean up to Nov30? I'm guessing all of Dec 1, meaning we are early to get wired up, it's still on time, isn't it, and maybe Dec 1 is alucky day because there is a full moon and the stars are looking in the right direction and besides it appears the cow just jumped over the moon, a

Well, I don't know about "it's still on time" Bananaman, but you might be right about tonight's full moon meaning getting lucky....seemingly it's called a Beaver Moon

Too much speculation going on and it's not helpful.  We have, unless somebody knows something not revealed to the market, NO INFORMATION to be supposing anything about timelines down the road or deal tie-ins or dirty management ploys etc., etc. etc. related to the  PP closing. Man, I can sure see how the rumour mill in politics gets going, judging by what I read here! Doug is

Do you have him on record categorically stating it will close? At every failed deadline he's only implied it that it was expected to close. Nov 3, 6, 20 all the same old song.

While I don't agree with what ol griz says to the letter, I agree in principle.  In an email last werk Doug said " there is no suggestion from the group they are not going to close"  and " IF there was any indication they were not , the market would be advised in a timely manner".  Timely being the key word as the regulations specificy "immediately

Short answer, no.  Sorry to have been less than specific, but how could he state that in any case? He's not the one with the money.  I was going on an earlier phone call and Equity4's recent correspondence, which is as solid a statement as you could get short of a NR.  Doug will need to clarify more about what's gone on if it doesn't happen.

I personally would like to see it close tomorrow if not let it go tell the Fund to hit the road ! We can put it behind us and move forward, release news out thats been held back . Financials will be great and i expect a large contract announcement. I have paper waiting if it drops tomorrow ! Will be loading up more shares ... I Would of had a different perspective if GSI was hurting for cash didnt
