They should halt the stock
They know what's happening if the financing isn't happening they know now nothing would change on the last day when you've been working on it for months they know. So treat the shareholders with some respect. Then try and earn it back! If the money is coming from over seas well guess what their business are closed for the day so the company knows. They need to re create some trust

The fundamentals and year end financials will ultimately save the stock price.
