46% gross margins are great, shareholders equity 12.5 million keeps increasing year over year, liabilities way up is my only concern. Why is this?

Shareholders equity goes up when revenue > expenses. Unless you were referring to something else? Looking at liabilities being up in isolation means nothing to me. GLTA
