AGM on May 8th (Very Interesting)
I have never seen Doug host an AGM call midway through the year. We all know Q2 should be a record quarter, hopefully good profit, and record first half of the year. Is he hosting the AGM to speak to those great results?
I am still very curious to see where our revenue will come from in Q3/Q4. Hoping there is more to this AGM meeting. GLTA

It never made sense to have the AGM more than a year after the fiscal year ended. Maybe it's just housekeeping to move it to a more realistic date. Perhaps we'll have a better idea of what is going on after CommonSenseInvesting publishes their interview.

Maybe we'll get word of the company opening the door for strategic alternatives, that may include a partnership or the sale of the company. Obviously the promotion of an energenic,quality employee to VP is not that big of a deal. Our ceo can't even get the corporate website updated to reflect the young ladies promotion. Yikes.
