Discord Livestream note 1: institutions

Doug meets with institutional investors 2x per year. At less than $100M market cap they are unlikely to take a position.

At this time with 2023 results out some nano/micro cap followers who passed on GSI initially may take a look again. Small Cap Discoveries did an interview about 7 months ago but Paul did not recommend to his subscribers. Keystone Financial also had a look last year and did not recommend due to lumpiness of rev and quality of earnings. Quality of earnings is not a concern in 2023 as cash flow exceeded earnings. If the company can build up rev so they are profitable each quarter, lumpiness IMHO is less of a concern.

Doug for some reason answered only a few of the questions. Cameron noted that Doug will need to offer more details and transparency when he talks to the big boys, esp. more details on PaaS and SaaS if data analytics is where the company wants to move into for higher margins on recurring rev.
